Step 1: Consultation and Service Selection

Arrange a consultation with our experienced team to discuss your needs and choose from our extensive range of services tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Step 2: Submission of Information Form

Once initial contact is made with our office and we have a clear understanding of your needs and the type of service you have selected, we will proceed accordingly.

At that point, a registration form will be sent to you manually via email. If email is not convenient, alternative arrangements can be made.

Please note that a brief discussion with our office is required prior to the submission of any forms, as this allows us to better understand your specific needs and ensure the most appropriate service is provided.

Step 3: Payment Policy and Invoicing

Upon deciding to acquire our services, we require advance payments, which can be made on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. This ensures the commitment of the client and secures payments for our staff upon completion of their assignments. We will generate your invoice with payment details. Kindly provide payment confirmation via email or WhatsApp messaging.

Step 4: Matching Process

Based on the information provided by the client, we will search for a suitable caregiver or housekeeper, matching their needs in terms of work experience, education, and personality., typically requiring 48 hours notice for a suitable match. In urgent cases, expedited matching is possible at a additional costs.

Step 5: Service Delivery

We will confirm with the caregiver or housekeeper assigned to you, providing their employee profile, including a photo and qualifications. Interviews with caregivers or housekeepers can be arranged upon client request.
