This ensures the commitment of the client and secures payments for our staff upon completion of their assignments. We will generate your invoice with payment details. Kindly provide payment confirmation via email or WhatsApp messaging.

Step 4: Matching Process

Based on the information provided by the client, we will search for a suitable caregiver or housekeeper, matching their needs in terms of work experience, education, and personality., typically requiring 48 hours notice for a suitable match. In urgent cases, expedited matching is possible at a additional costs.

Step 5: Service Delivery

We will confirm with the caregiver or housekeeper assigned to you, providing their employee profile, including a photo and qualifications. Interviews with caregivers or housekeepers can be arranged upon client request.
